Transmission and adaptor plate arrived
September 15th, 2010 Nick The biggest issue with the VK56DE is that the engine never came with a manual transmission. I researched and found a company called Wilcap that made an adaptor plate for the 6spd 350z/g35 trans to bolt up to the VK engine. September 15th, 2010 Nick On June 4th the VK56DE Infiniti QX56 V8 engine was delivered to E-Shift Performance in Cliffwood Beach NJ. This is the biggest piece of the puzzle that is needed to start the project.
